AT OUR OFFICE & VENUE

LEGAL SIGNING

  • This is good for couples who just want to be legally married.

  • Time allotted: Up to 15min.

​

  • Where? At Wedding Officiant Canada's Office.

​

  • STRICTLY come in with ONLY 2 witnesses and just sign the paperwork.

  • No photos with officiant.

​

  • What happens during this service?

     - ONLY the signing of the papers.

     - No vows or rings exchanged.

     - No photos with Officiant.​

     - Anything more, please upgrade.

 

SIMPLY MARRIED

  • Where? In our Glass Wedding Chamber including our Officiant.

  • Number of People: 10 (Including Bride & Groom). Please upgrade if more than more than 10 people as the room cannot accommodate more than 10 people.

  • Time allotted: Up to 30min.​

​

  • Bring your marriage license, up to 8 of your close friends and family which include your witnesses for signing(10 people in total), ring/vow exchanges and you can even take pictures.

  • Inquire about our in-house photographer or bring your own photographer.​

THE INTIMATE

  • ​This Package Includes:

​

  • Our Officiant.

​

  • A free consultation  

​

  • Our auditorium accommodates up to 100 people. This number include the officiant, couple,guests and vendors.

  • Time allotted: Up to 1 hour.

​

  • Walk down the aisle with your bridal party, exchange vows and rings​.

​

  • Music of your choice to walk down the aisle

​

  • Officiant to perform ceremony and completion of paperwork.​

​

  • You will also be able to take photos at our nicely decorated eventspace with Crystal Chivalri Chairs.

  • Inquire about our in-house photographer or bring your own photographer.​

CEREMONY & RECEPTION

  • This Package Includes:

 

  • Our Officiant.

  • A free consultation  

 

  • Venue - At The Chariot Eventspace with standard decorations. You are welcome to set up your own within the allotted time

 

  • Guests:

  • Minimum of 20 people and

  • Up to a maximum of 50 people.

 

  • Total time allotted:

  • 2 - 4hrs (includes set up and tear down)

 

  • Ceremony: 30min allotted for your ceremony.

  • Walk down the aisle with your bridal party to music.

  • Get your wedding officiated by some of the best in the industry and completion of paperwork.

 

  • Complimentary photography by our in-house photographer.

 

  • Catering:

WHAT TO BRING?

​

  • Your marriage license from City Hall

​

  • A government photo ID (Passport or Driver's License) for verification.

​

  • Only two witnesses to sign (one for Groom and one for Bride)

​

  • After your ceremony, your Officiant will complete and mail your marriage license to the Office of the Registrar General.
