  • Where? At Couple's preferred venue.

  • However you envision your ceremony, let our wedding Officiants take some stress off of you by helping create a personal, unique and memorable ceremony.

  • Free consultation with the Officiant of your choice before committing to using Wedding Officiant Canada, in-person or via any virtual platform. 

  • This meeting is intended to listen to your vision for your ceremony and offer various suggestions and ideas to help reduce the stress as together we create your ceremony.

  • After booking with Wedding Officiant Canada, you will receive access to our wedding Console that will help you to create your ceremony with unlimited consultations. 

  • Our Wedding Officiants are available by email, text or phone to answer any questions and to help you create your unique wedding ceremony.

  • We can offer suggestions regarding other wedding vendors by providing a comprehensive list of wedding professionals (DJ’s, musicians, photographers, venues, florists, etc.) that we have worked with and highly recommend.

  • Your Officiant will do everything possible to arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony (barring uncontrollable factors such as road closures, traffic accidents or weather conditions) to review your ceremony with the other vendors (musicians, venue coordinator, wedding planner, wedding party, photographers, videographers, readers, sponsors, etc.) to ensure that everyone knows what to expect and what is expected of them. 

IN-HOME, CITY HALL OR PARK

  • Where? your Home/Backyard, any City Hall Chamber or a Park.

  • Looking to have a small ceremony at a City Hall or your backyard? Let's help you with that.

  • One initial meeting with the Officiant of your choice before committing to using Wedding Officiant Canada VIA any virtual platform. 

  • Our Wedding Officiants are available by email, text or phone to answer any questions and to help you create your wedding ceremony.

  • Your Officiant will do everything possible to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony (barring uncontrollable factors such as road closures, traffic accidents or weather conditions)

REHEARSAL

  • Are you the type that wants to know exactly how things will flow? Well, this is for you!

  • You have spent so much time planning your Special Day; reduce the stress and confusion for both you and your wedding party by having a detailed run through of your ceremony at a rehearsal.

  • Your wedding Officiant will facilitate up to a 60-minute wedding rehearsal with your entire wedding party at your venue location.

WHAT TO BRING?

  • Your marriage license from City Hall

  • A government photo ID (Passport or Driver's License) for verification.

  • Only two witnesses to sign (one for Groom and one for Bride)

  • After your ceremony, your Officiant will complete and mail your marriage license to the Office of the Registrar General.
